| If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us by 12 noon the day prior to arrival, otherwise you will be charged for one night's accommodation. |

| Please note that bookings made through last minute websites cannot be cancelled. |

| If you want to cancel the remaining nights of your stay on the same day that you are wanting to leave, the following cancellation fees shall apply: |
